Terms of Service
Effective August 1, 2026
These terms govern use of ShowReady OS, a management platform for youth livestock projects. By creating an account or using ShowReady OS, you agree to these terms. If you're creating or managing an account on behalf of a chapter, club, or district, you're agreeing on behalf of that organization as well as yourself.
Accounts
Most accounts are created by an advisor or district administrator as part of a chapter or district, or approved through a chapter's own signup process. Independent families running a livestock project on their own can also create an account directly, without belonging to a chapter. Either way, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter.
Acceptable use
ShowReady OS is built for managing a youth livestock project -- daily care records, SAE and barn hours, show logistics, expenses, and communication between advisors, students, and families. Don't use it to upload content you don't have the right to share, to harass or abuse other users, to attempt to access data outside your own chapter or household, or to interfere with the service for other users.
Your content
You (or your chapter/district) retain ownership of the records, photos, and other content you enter into ShowReady OS. You're granting us the license needed to store, process, and display that content back to the appropriate members of your chapter or household so the product works -- we don't use it for anything else. Subscriptions and billing
Individual family accounts are free. Chapter and district plans are billed annually as described on our Pricing page or in your specific agreement with us. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't see or store full payment card numbers ourselves. Pricing and plan details are subject to change with reasonable notice to active customers.
Termination
You can stop using ShowReady OS and request deletion of your account at any time through your chapter advisor or by contacting us directly. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including the acceptable-use section above.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
ShowReady OS is provided "as is." We work to keep the service reliable and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for decisions made based on records kept in the app (for example, animal health or feed calculations remain your responsibility to verify). To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to ShowReady OS is limited to the amount your chapter or district paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify chapter administrators directly.
